Empowered Global is a local general electrical contractor that works in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero on residential and commercial electrical work, including generator installation.

They’ve partnered with Kohler generators to help fit, install, and maintain generators in their clients’ homes. Since they’re located in Southwest Florida and hurricane season is quickly approaching, they decided they wanted to market their generator service using mailers – and that’s where we came in.

They partnered with our team here at Monarch Graphics to print mailers to send to a list of viable prospects in the area.

Susi Husty, Empowered Global’s Vice President, describes the experience of working with Monarch Graphics as “easy” and “seamless.” They were recommended working with us by another vendor and initially contacted us via email.

Empowered Global previously received mailers from a mass production company and were disappointed by the quality. Being an electrical contractor that works in luxury homes and communities, it was crucial to send out a piece that was high-quality. The original cards were flimsy and damaged, causing Susi to search for another vendor (preferably someone local).

Our mailers, however, were great, with a nice thick material and colors that stand out. We were able to collaborate with Susi on their existing design, adjust where needed, and then handle the direct mail send.

Susi was also pleased with the price she received and has already received a return on her investment through people who have contacted their team for generator maintenance plans.

“We will definitely continue to work with Monarch on our printing needs,” Susi says. “We have another batch printing to go out next week.”
